LVS INTEGRA® 9505/7500 Verifiers are designed to assess almost all 1D and 2D bar codes according to ISO / GS1 standards. Especially the verification of 2D barcodes is new in a world where labels are smaller and smaller. INTEGRA® 9505 is very easy to use and can verify whole barcode labels at once, as well as finished products (both flat and round). INTEGRA® 7500 is mounted directly on the printer and makes sure that your barcodes do not contain errors and have a high print quality.

LVS INTEGRA® 9505

LVS INTEGRA® 9505 Verifier connects to a computer via a USB cable, and is fully designed according to ISO / IEC standards. Place one or more barcodes on the field and the software does the rest and automatically scans ten times.
Set your requirements and then get a clear message in the form of approved / errors. Analyses are colour coded to show exactly where the barcode problems are.
 
LVS INTEGRA® 7500
 
LVS INTEGRA® 7500 is a control verifier which is mounted on the front of the printer. Besides OCV (Optical Character Control) INTEGRA® 7500 has an excellent troubleshooting module (Blemish Detection Module). This ensures that you in due time, discovers printing errors such as; smearing dot errors, edge rules, content, and more. INTEGRA® 7500 also has a customizable sensitivity function which can be set high to detect even the slightest deviation on the label, and the option for database validation. INTEGRE® 7500 can check the labels continuously for up to 30 centimetres per second.
